Michael A. Book, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTC®

Michael Book is Managing Partner at GoldBook Financial. As a strategic partner to Victor Goldman, he is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy and financial management.

Michael spent eighteen years as a MassMutual Top 10 Advisor before becoming a MassMutual General Agent in New York in 2009. Under Michael’s leadership, his New York firm has been the top performing agency in the MassMutual system with the firm growing substantially as both a career agency and brokerage operation. He is now partnering with Victor to build their vision in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

As part of an ongoing commitment to recruit new talent to the organization, Michael combines industry training with his own programs for financial professionals to ensure they are working in the most efficient and effective manner with their clients.

Michael is a well sought after industry speaker on topics such as leadership and the importance of building culture. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware. He and his wife April reside in Westport, Connecticut and have three grown children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf, as well as participating in various philanthropic endeavors.
