Sharon Perhac joined GoldBook Financial in March 2025 as the Managing Director of Wealth management. She has over three decades of wealth management experience, a deep understanding across a broad range of investment solutions and services including financial planning, estate planning, advisory programs, protection strategies, alternative investments, and banking and lending.

Sharon serves as a dedicated resource for advisors, providing them with the support to grow their wealth management practices. She is a trusted partner and collaborator, leveraging her experience and expertise to assist advisors in helping their HNW clients preserve, grow and transfer their wealth to the individuals and causes they care about. In addition to being a valuable resources for our advisors, Sharon is also focused on recruiting top-tiered talent to enhance our advisory network.

Prior to joining GoldBook Financial, Sharon was the head of the new Wealth Strategist team at MassMutual. Sharon spent over 12 years in field leadership, overseeing Merrill Lynch’s eastern Connecticut and western Massachusetts markets where she was responsible for leveraging the firm’s resources to support the professional growth of financial advisors, increase revenue, and improve client satisfaction for high-net-worth clients.

During her 18-year tenure at Morgan Stanley, Sharon led the launch of the firm’s financial-planning platform and fee-based brokerage account, as well as the relaunch of its cash management account and related banking services. She also spent several years as a Regional Director in the firm’s Investment Consulting division supporting advisors with HNW and institutional clients. Sharon started her career on Wall Street as a financial advisor with Smith Barney.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and psychology from Boston College. Sharon is very active in supporting F.A.C.E.S. (Finding a Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures) a foundation associated with NYU Langone Health whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals and their families living with epilepsy. In her free time, Sharon also enjoys cheering for her favorite hockey team, the New York Rangers.
