Victor Goldman is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner of GoldBook Financial, where he is responsible for business development, developing the firm’s financial professional team, and overseeing agency operations.

Victor has more than 27 years of industry experience, starting his Financial Services career with New England Financial in 1996. He earned the company’s prestigious Lifetime Member of Leaders Award as an Advisor, then qualified as a “Master Agency Builder”, their highest honor for a Sales Manager.

Upon joining Lenox Advisors in November 2006, he quickly went on to win a Gold Bowl and two Bronze Bowls in MassMutual’s Sales Manager of the Year competition. Additionally, he was recognized as their Volunteer of the Year (2009-2010) and received GAMA’s Brian Early Award for outstanding frontline management (2013).

In 2015, Victor moved from New York to Arizona to open a scratch office. Since inception, GoldBook Financial has received many accolades; winning a MassMutual Chairman’s Trophy Bowl in 2021, being ranked #1 in Phoenix Business Journal’s (PBJ) 2021 Best Places to Work, receiving PBJ’s 2022 Innovation in Philanthropy Award, and received the MassMutual Firm Community Service Award in 2021 and 2022. Personally, Victor has been recognized as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 2023 Most Admired Leaders.

Victor takes a lot of pride in his firm’s three core principles: Professionalism, Integrity and Passion. These values have led to tremendous growth. Most recently, GoldBook Financial has expanded into Southern California, with a specific focus on San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles.

Victor is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he majored in Mathematics and Economics. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and has three sons, Jonathan, Andrew and Joshua. Victor enjoys being an active member of YPO’s Pac West Chapter, where he currently serves as the Arizona Community Chair. In his free time, Victor loves to watch sports and cheer on both his NY and AZ teams!!
