Victor Goldman is Chief Executive Officer and Co-General Agent. He is responsible for business development, developing the firm’s advisor team, and overseeing agency operations.
Victor has more than 20 years of industry experience, starting his career with New England Financial in 1996. He began as a financial representative and earned the company’s prestigious Lifetime Member of Leaders Award. As a Sales Manager, he achieved New England Financial’s highest honor, Master Agency Builder. He finished his career with the company as an Associate Managing Partner in one of its New York City firms.
Victor joined MassMutual in December 2006 and went on to win a Gold Bowl (2012) and two Bronze Bowls (2009 and 2010) in their Sales Manager of the Year competition. In 2013, he was MassMutual’s recipient of GAMA’s Brian Early Award for outstanding frontline management. He qualified for the Sales Managers Summit Conference and Management Council every year from 2008-12 and served on the Sales Manager Advisory Board.
In July 2013, Victor become General Agent of Genworth Financial’s Empire State Agency in New York where he led his agency to first place in production. He rejoined MassMutual in 2015 to open MassMutual Greater Phoenix. During his tenure at MassMutual, his relationship with Michael Book was formed and in 2019 their partnership was born.
Victor is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he majored in Mathematics and Economics. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and has three sons, Jonathan, 22, Andrew, 20, and Joshua, 16. He still loves to root for his New York sports teams, but now enjoys attending sporting events in Arizona to cheer on his new home teams as well.
